The result of years of careful design and development, and extensive market research and testing we have developed a child-seating solution that offers safety and comfort and won’t look out of place. We’ll customise it to suit your vehicle and re-upholster it if necessary when you transfer it to the next one (and the one after that as well).
What’s more, you won’t lose your station wagon capability. With the Retro seat in place there will still be plenty of carrying space for small suitcases or your weekly shopping. And for those rare occasions when you need a little extra room, the seat can be partially or completely folded up, and if necessary, removed from the vehicle safely and easily.
Every Retro seat is certified to exceed the strength and safety requirements of the relevant Australian Design Regulations and National Code of Practice VSB5 and is approved by Land Transport New Zealand.
Our modern, fully equipped factory works in accordance with the highest quality control systems to ensure that every Retro seat gets the care and attention to detail that’s needed. Each new design is passed through a stringent schedule of controlled testing and development, under the guidance of an appropriately qualified engineer. We offer both a budget and a deluxe range, so you can choose the seat that best suits your family’s needs.
The Eco Range
The Eco One, Eco Two, or Eco Three models provide budget-priced, yet safe and sensible seating solutions. These grey or beige, cloth-covered, forward-facing seats fold up for easy storage. The seats are easily accessible from the side and rear of the vehicle and come complete with inbuilt, retractable lap-sash belts on outer seating positions, and child harness provision.

The Plus Series
The Plus Series of forward facing seats fold up for easy storage and are supplied with inbuilt retractable lap-sash belts on outer seating positions, headrests, and child harness provision. The seats are easily accessible from the side and rear of the vehicle and can simply be removed when necessary.

The Take Range
The Take One, Take Two, Take Three range has extra style, comfort and a variety of additional features. These contoured, forward-facing seats can be selected to match your vehicle’s existing interior trim right down to the fabric and pleating style.
The seats fold up for easy storage and come complete with separate headrests, retractable lap-sash belts on outer seating positions, and child harness provision. They are easily accessible from the side and rear of the vehicle and can simply be removed if necessary.
Two models, the Classic and the Premier are available as single seats or in pairs. The Premier Model has an adjustable height headrest and reclining ability.
